Learning outcomes
After completion of the course the student will know:
- the basic elements of international legal concept of sustainable development including international actors and stake holders;
- legal principles of sustainable development law;
- recent development in sustainable development law;
- definition of sustainable development and sustainable investment;
- the basis for decision-making;
- what are the legal requirements and implementing measures of sustainable development;
- how to implement the international legal concept of sustainable development into national legal systems.
K_W04 applicable law on the implementation of sustainable development principles as well as international and national institutions responsible for shaping sustainable development policy.
K_W05 to a deeper degree social, legal and technological as well as planning and economic tools for implementing sustainable development in various areas of activity.
K_U02 work interdisciplinary and cross-sectoral based on knowledge from various subject disciplines and institutional sectors in order to synthesize new ideas and concepts serving the environment and sustainable development.
