Learning outcomes
After completion of the course the student:
- recognizes the basic elements of international legal concept of
sustainable development;
- analyses the challenges of sustainable development;
- describes legal principles of sustainable development law;
- recognizes recent development in sustainable development law;
- understand definition of sustainable development and sustainable
investment;
- knows how to implement the international legal concept of sustainable
development into national legal systems.
