The aim of the course is to develop interdisciplinary and cross-sectoral cooperation skills through participation in initiatives promoting sustainable development and responsible partnerships.
Students are involved in the preparation and organisation of events bringing together representatives of academia, business, public administration, and non-governmental organisations.
During the course, practical examples of implementing ESG principles, circular economy models, green innovations, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) strategies are analysed.
The course also focuses on developing communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to present sustainability concepts in an accessible way to non-academic audiences.

The learning outcomes assigned to this course support the implementation of programme learning outcomes specific to the following study programmes: Interfaculty Studies in Environmental Protection (BA and MA), Sustainable Development (MA), Global Environment and Development (MA), and Animal Protection (MA).

Assessment criteria
Assessment is based on student activity and the quality of tasks completed.
The following elements are taken into account:
– engagement in the preparation and organisation of the event,
– teamwork and communication skills in collaboration with external partners,
– preparation and presentation of a short informational or summary material (poster, note, social media post),
– substantive value and clarity of presentation.
