Learning outcomes
Graduates are able to identify the most important legal acts and institutions at the EU level, have in-depth knowledge of the process of creating the migration system in the EU, the relationship between national and EU systems in the field of migration management, and the rights of EU citizens and third-country nationals to move, work and settle in EU countries. They are familiar with the rules governing the readmission process.
