Procedures for the employment of foreigners:
Access of foreigners to the labour market and economic activity; System of work permits and employer declarations; The phenomenon of unregistered employment of foreigners and preventive measures.
Asylum policy and refugee procedures:
Refugees in Poland, asylum policy,
Refugee procedures – rules, law and practice; Subsidiary protection status and tolerated stay permit. Specifics of the functioning of refugees until they obtain status and thereafter – Individual Integration Programmes (legal aspects).
