Course topics:
ICM computing infrastructure – access methods and resource organization – 1 hour
GNU/Linux operating system – Bash shell as a user interface, selected utility and application programs (including the Git version control system) – 12 hours
Slurm job scheduling system – interactive and batch work – 2 hours
Total: 15 hours
