Learning outcomes
A student understands basic issues concerning of intellectual property protection and recognizes the applicability of intellectual property rights in everyday life.
A student understands various aspects of copyright law and its forms of application, especially when using works and applying citations in his/her scientific work while studying. A student understands the circumstances of application of copyright protection in relation to various types of materials posted on the Internet; copyright infringement issues and plagiarism features as well as copyright and the availability related to the open educational and scientific resources.
