Learning outcomes
The student should:
- have the knowledge of history of Akkadian language,
- have the knowledge of the material (forms of noun, adjective, numeral, pronoun, 3-radical verb and the appropraite texts;
- recognize the forms of nomen and 3-radical verb,
- recognize about 100 cuneiform signs in neo-assyrian script,
- analyse learned texts and individually read the texts prepared by lecturer;
- understand the meaning of Akkadian language in study and comprehension of Ancient Near Eastern world.
Assessment criteria
Assessment criteria:
- attendance control (two absences allowed)
- continuous assessment,
- mid-semestral written tests,
- final written assessments.
