MA Seminar 3600-7-TU5-SM2
The seminar paper is prepared under the tuition of the tutor. The seminar is devoted to the analysis and elaboration of the chosen history, literary, linguistic and socio-cultural problems of Turkey on the ground of sourced materials in Turkish. The seminar work is divided into three steps. The first one is to choose the theme of the paper. The paper has to be based on the Turkish language sources, so this condition has to be taken into consideration in choosing the subject. The second step is to check and collect the bibliography and to prepare the concept of the paper. The third step is the writing and presenting the paper at the seminar.

Knowledge:

Assessment criteria
Credit (without grade) in the semester cycle on the basis of:
- a written term paper on a selected topic (essay, review, article)
- one written seminar work and at least one oral presentation in a modern Western language
- presence control
- progress on the preparation of the master's thesis
- current preparation for classes and activities
Bibliography
Chosen accordingly to the dissertation subject.
