Student:

-has ordered detailed knowledge of the literature and writings of Mongolia and Tibet; can name and characterize the most important phenomena / trends / literary texts / writings of Mongolia and Tibet

-has ordered detailed knowledge of the history of Central Asia, Mongolia and Tibet

-has ordered detailed knowledge of the philosophy and religion of Mongolia and Tibet

-has extensive knowledge of the Mongolian and Tibetan language (their structure, history, writing)

-can read, analyze and interpret literary texts and other cultural works of Mongolia and Tibet (film, press, social writing) correctly placing them in a cultural context

-can compare and see the relationships between selected literary texts and other cultural works of Mongolia and Tibet (film, press, social writing), and the issues of tradition and the present

-speakers Mongolian and Tibetan at the intermediate level

-can analyze and interpret source texts in Mongolian and Tibetan

-can translate literary texts / writings from Mongolian and Tibetan into Polish

-can interpret the key concepts of a selected culture of Central Asia, Mongolia and Tibet through linguistic / philological analysis

-can fluently use the writing system of the classical Mongolian language, the modern Mongolian language (modified Cyrillic), Tibetan and Manchurian scripts and the tools used to learn and analyze it (traditional and electronic dictionaries, lexicons, linguistic corpora, databases, etc.)

-can use electronic and internet tools in Polish, Mongolian and Tibetan

- is aware of the complex nature of the Mongolian and Tibetan language, its place and importance in the context of the culture and history of Mongolia and Tibet

-has basic knowledge of the rules of translating from Mongolian and Tibetan into Polish

-has basic orientation in the contemporary cultural life of Mongolia and Tibet

-can cooperate and work in a group as well as establish contacts and build social relations

-can establish contacts and interact with representatives of different cultures
