Student:

has basic knowledge in the range of theory of humanities (literary studies or linguistics or history) necessary to understand chosen cultural aspects

has detailed and organized knowledge of literature and writings of Tibet; can name and characterize most important phenomena/trends/literary texts/writings of Tibet

is able to name and characterize the basic cultural phenomena of Tibet

has a rudimentary knowledge of translation rules from the Tibetan language into Polish

demonstrates a basic grasp of the contemporary cultural life of Tibet

knows and understands basic analysis and interpretation methods of various products of culture characteristic of chosen theories and schools of research within the scope of cultural and literary studies, linguistics, philosophy and religion studies and history

knows and understands basic analysis and interpretation methods of various products of culture characteristic of local traditions in Tibet

indicate sources of cultural differences between Oriental and African countries
czytać, analizować i interpretować teksty literackie i inne dzieła twórczości kulturalnej Mongolii i Tybetu (film, prasa, piśmiennictwo o charakterze społecznym) prawidłowo umieszczając je w kontekście kulturowym

read, analyze and interpret literary texts and other works of the culture of Tibet (film, press, social writing) and appropriately place them in their cultural context

can compare and perceive interrelations between chosen literary texts and other works of the culture of Tibet (film, press, social writing) and the issues within the scope of tradition and modern times

analyze the most important phenomena/trends in art (painting, sculpture, architecture, other fields) of Tibet

can indicate most important intellectual problems, dilemmas, aesthetic preferences taking shape inside the culture of Tibet

can translate literary texts and writings from the Tibetan language into the Polish language

interpretować kluczowe pojęcia wybranej kultury Tybetu poprzez analizę językową/ filologiczną

interpret key terms from a culture of Tibet through linguistic/philological analysis

properly function in the linguistic and cultural environment of Tibet as a skill in presenting detailed aspects within the scope of cultural issues of Tibet in Polish and Tibetan language taking into consideration the intellectual tradition of Tibet

understands the need to learn all one’s life
is able to set appropriate goals and ways to achieve them in the context of academic, professional and social activity
