Oriental language and culture - Japanese L 3600-7-KM4-JKOJ(L)
Basic course of modern, standard Japanese language (hyōjungo). Presentation of essential grammar construction, verb and adjective conjugations. Introduction to basic grammar categories: time, negation, functional particles, polite expressions.
Introduction of kana syllabaries (hiragana and katakana). Grammar on A1 level (JLPT N5/N4 level).

Assessment criteria
Evaluation will be based on:
class attendance (at least 50 per cent in semester)
in case of absence sick leave should be presented
up to two absences without a sick leave are possible
activity during classes
returning all homework on time
