Knowledge of the first Indian language - Hindi 3600-7-IN2-WIJIH(Z)
The aim of the course is to introduce the students with basic knowledge of Hindi to more advanced issues of the grammar of the language, presented in the second part of Prof. D. Stasik’s “Textbook of Hindi Language”. A regular Hindi grammar lecture which includes problems of morphology, syntax, word-formation (the strongest emphasis is put on these problems) and a characteristic of verbs system. The main aim of this course is to prepare students for individual reading of original texts written in modern, standard Hindi.
