Reading hebrew texts 3600-7-HE3-LTH(L)
along with the required literature:
Before each class, students will receive an article from Haarezt, they will be required to read it at home, then it will be read in class with attention paid to its understanding. Then the topic of the article will be discussed. The articles will refer to various topics related to culture, politics and society in Israel. The course should touch on current issues, each article will be taken from the previous week's newspaper. For this reason, it is difficult to determine in advance what topics the course will cover.
In the second semester, classes will be of a similar nature, but this semester the students themselves, each student in a different week, will choose the articles.
