Learning outcomes
After completing the course, the student:
KNOWLEDGE:
- has extensive knowledge of Japanese language (its structure, history, script) [K-W12]
- is aware of the complex nature of Japanese language, its place and significance in the cultural and historical context of Japan [K-W13]
- is aware of the linguistic variety and its influence on the cultural and political situation of the world [K-W14]
- has basic knowledge of the rules of translating from Japanese to Polish [K-W15]
SKILLS:
- possesses Japanese language skills of B2 level [K-U12]
- can analyse and interpret Japanese language texts [K-U13]
- can use electronic and internet tools in Polish and Japanese [K-U24]
SOCIAL COMPETENCES:
- understands the need for life-long learning [K-K01]
- is ready to acts in aid of sharing and promoting cultural and linguistic heritage of Japan [K-K08]

Assessment criteria
Points of attantion:
A total prohibition on electronic devices applies to all exams, tests, and quizzes. The use of any unauthorized aids, including artificial intelligence tools, is considered a violation of academic integrity.
During an exam, test, or quiz, the following actions are strictly prohibited: using notes, phones, smartwatches, headphones, or any other devices that allow access to information; consulting with others; looking at other students' papers; or tampering with exam materials.
If the use of unauthorized aids is detected, the exam or assessment is immediately terminated, and a failing grade is assigned.
Only materials previously specified or provided by the lecturer are permitted.
