Project Management 3402-10ZPRL
The aim of the course is to present students the knowledge and skills regarding project conduction. It prepares to work in business, non governmental organizations and conducting individual undertakings based on project. The curriculum includes: 1. Introduction to project management 2. Organizational structure evolution 3. Methods and techniques of project management 4. Authority in project: managers or leaders 5. Negotiation competition - project formulation (defining project) 6. Team work 7. Prediction, estimation and design 8. Elaborate project design 9. Risk management 10. Reporting and control 11. Project environment (management of contingency places between the project and its environment) 12. Inner information flow (communication in project) 13. Finishing project 14. New trends in project management.
