Learning outcomes
In terms of knowledge, the student knows and understands:
-- issues of self-reflection and self-development: personal resources in teaching – identification and development, individual strategies for coping with difficulties, stress, and teachers' burnout (B.1.W.5.)
In terms of skills, the student is able to:
- observe students' development processes, taking into account the norm and behaviors that indicate selected psychological difficulties of teenagers (B1.U1);
- observe the social behavior of teenagers and their determinants (B1.U2);
- recognize students' barriers and difficulties in the learning process (B1.U5);
- identify the needs of students in their teenage years in terms of developing their talents and interests (B1.U6);
Assessment criteria
To accomplish the course the following requirements need to be fulfilled:
- class attendance (two absences are permitted);
- preparation for classes (complete short homework assignments, including those based on assigned readings) and active participation in discussions;
- final written test (open-ended and closed-ended questions).

- obtener el 60% o más en la prueba final en forma de un test.
