Monographic Lecture: Diversity and Inclusion in Linguistics 3301-2ST-WM-JS003
Diversity and inclusion in linguistics encompass a wide range of topics. The lecture aims to familiarise students with the topics of
ableism, social justice, neurodiversity, disability, inclusive language, decolonising linguistics, crip linguistics, and universal design related to multilingualism, additional language acquisition, special educational needs, representation, positioning, language use, and communication.
The course combines theoretical issues with practice through a problem-based approach, analysis, presentations, discussions, and group work.

End-of-lecture exam.
Two absences are allowed.
