Learning outcomes
After completing the course, the student:
- be able to speak Russian in accordance with the requirements specified for level B2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages
(upon completion of the 6th semester of the 3rd year) K1_U14
- can independently plan and implement lifelong learning (K1_U11);
- can plan and organize work individually and in a team (K1_U12);
- is ready to critically evaluate the knowledge and content received
(K1_K01).
Assessment criteria
Conditions for passing the final (written) assessment:
- attendance in class;
- control of current preparation;
- completion of control tests and translation tests;
- completion of group and individual projects.
Assessment criteria are presented in the form of percentage thresholds (pass marks):
99-100% - 5 !(grade very good with an exclamation mark)
93- 98% - 5 (very good)
87-92% - 4+ (good plus grade)
77-86% - 4 (evaluation good)
70-76% - 3+ (mark satisfactory plus)
60-69% - 3 (pass/fail)
A student is entitled to 2 unexcused absences, each subsequent absence requires an excuse to be submitted. If the permitted limit of absences is exceeded, the student will take an additional oral answer.
A student has the right to take a credit in the re-sit session in the same form as in the basic session and subject to obtaining a pass in the subject.
Exceeding excused and unexcused absences in 50% of classes may be grounds for failing the course.
