Practical Russian I 3221-30PR11L
After the course on this level a student is able to understand the basic phrases about own person, family, closest neighbourhood, when you speak slowly and distinctly. In written text he is able to understand known vocabulary, names and simple statements. He is able to read information included e.g. in advertisements, posters, catalogues. A student is able to communicate in a simple way, provided that the interlocutor is prepared to repeat the statement in slower pace and is able to help to formulate what he wants to say.

Learning outcomes
After completing the course, student:
- knows the basic grammar (basic phonology of Russian. masculine nouns);
- is able to speak on specific thematic areas (Знакомимся. Учимся считать);
- performs grammar exercises for masculine nouns
- recognizes the role of Russian language in the workshop Belarusian researcher.
Assessment criteria
Presence and activity in the classroom, corrent preparation for classes, oral tests, two translation tests.
