(in Polish) Notacja w przekładzie konsekutywnym 3201-EMCI-NPK
This class aims to familiarize students with note-taking for consecutive interpreting. After the stage of pedagogical process when students deliver their renditions without note-taking while practicing paraphrasing skills, the basics of notation in consecutive interpreting are introduced. These include techniques used to render the structure/logic and the contents of the text. Subsequently the students begin to practice longer texts (from 1 to 4-minutes-long) with note-taking.
