Standard Polish Usage 3200-L1-0KJP
The main focus of this course is on the correctness of standard Polish usage. The course consists of the following parts:
1. System, norm and usage.
2. Phonetic and ortographic and stress correctness.
3. Orthographic correcness, punctuation marks.
4. Inflectional correctness (inflection of proper names and geographical names).
5. Word-formation correctness.
6. Syntactic correctness.
7. Lexical correctness – neologisms.
8. Lexical correctness - borrowings.
9. Lexical correctness – innovations.
10. Lexical correctness – phraseologisms.
In the event of inability to conduct the traditional in-class lessons, the course’s contact hours will be conducted remotely with the use of the devices recommended by the University of Warsaw.

Learning outcomes

Exam in the form of a test:
0 - 12 pkt unsatisfactory
13 - 14 pkt satisfactory
15 - 16 pkt satisfactory plus
17 - 18 pkt good
19 - 20 pkt good plus
21 - 22 pkt very good
