After completing the course, the student possesses knowledge described by the following learning outcomes:
Understands the specificity of the scientific language used in psychology and comprehends the concept of the scientific method in the context of psychology. (K_W01, K_W02)
Possesses knowledge about human cognitive functioning, as well as affective states and their influence on behavior. (K_W08, K_W09)
Knows and understands the mechanisms and principles that govern human functioning in a social context. (K_W10)
Has knowledge about the determinants and consequences of individual differences in behavior. (K_W11)
Assessment criteria
Two (2) absences per semester are allowed.
The course ends with a written exam.
The exam will assess knowledge of the material covered during the semester.
Grading scale:
0%-49% - 2
50%-60% - 3
61%-70% - 3+
71%-80% - 4
81%-90% - 4+
91%-100% - 5
