ABSENCES
1. A student is allowed up to four absences per semester. If a student has more than four absences, they cannot pass the course.
2. The third and fourth absences must be made up in a manner specified by the course instructor.

USE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TOOLS
1. If a student wishes to use artificial intelligence tools for the purpose of preparing their bachelor’s thesis, they must:
a) obtain permission from the seminar instructor,
b) agree with the instructor on the purpose and scope of the use of artificial intelligence tools.
2. A student is not allowed to use artificial intelligence tools to prepare or edit the bachelor’s thesis.
3. If a student uses artificial intelligence tools:
a) without the instructor’s permission, or
b) in a manner not agreed upon with the instructor,
the instructor will apply procedures analogous to those used in the anti-plagiarism procedure. These procedures have been outlined by the University Council for Education in Resolution No. 14.
In such a case, the bachelor’s thesis cannot be accepted, and the student cannot receive credit for the seminar.
