After completion of the course, the student:
- knows the basics of the scholarship on women's/gender history, in Poland
- knows and understands history of women's emancipation in Poland and Europe in the 19th and 20th centuries
- identify key factors and stages of this process
- can critically refer to various discourses on the subject
- analyse sources and identify their types
Assessment criteria
Course requirements:
1. attendance in class (1 absence is allowed, in case of further absences - pass the material on duty or written work
2. substantial preparation (knowledge of the readings)
3. active participation during the classes
