Competitive identity of cultural heritage institutions 2700-P2TKIDK-SPNMIDK
Defining the essence of a cultural institution has ontological, semantic and axiological aspects. Respect for the existing "cultural assets" (norms and patterns) and, at the same time, the choice of threads from the three aspects mentioned above define a cultural institution (which is a communication medium) at a given time. The choice contextualizes its relations with the social environment (including decision-making, opinion-forming and even economic) in terms of language, visual and image, as well as in terms of performance (vision implementation). Reading the potential and context as well as their message determine the effectiveness of action. Managing a cultural institution is (art) building (building) relationships between people in order to improve their quality of life (see Art. 1 of the Act on Museums). Elements of quality management. The seminar is complemented by lectures on the brand of cultural institutions.
