Modern organizations are faced with competition, rate of change, flexibility of operation. They are expected to quickly adapt to change, to become innovative and recognizable on the market. The aim of the course is to provide management issues
and the functioning of the organization, indicating the interdisciplinary nature of the process management and presentation of modern concepts and methods for managing media company.
