Law "about network" 2700-M-LM-D1PSOWI
The course introduces students to the principles of legal liability for the infringement of privacy and reputation on internet (especially the liability of the site administrator for illigal content posted on the internet forum). In addition, during the course it will be discussed problems, which are specific to media and copyright law, in particular the registration of the internet press, the violating of copyright law in internet and the use of works licensed on the creative commons license . It will be also presented principles of the protection of personal data and the provision of services by the digital means, including the conduct of an online store.

After completing the course, students:
KNOWLEDGE:
After the course student should know the basic rules governing liability for violating of privacy and reputation on the network, copyright protection and personal data as well as the rules for the provision of services by digital means.
SKILLS:
Student should also be able to register online journal, register a personal data collection according to the act on protection of personal data, use the works licensed on the creative commons license, and write the regulations of the internet shop.
