Prerequisites (description)
Students know the basics of public relations, understand how communication works in companies, institutions, and organizations, and the role of public relations specialists. They can define the organization's publics, prioritize them, and know the tools and techniques that can be used to reach different groups, including the media.
Students distinguish between mass media, social media, own, earned, paid, and shared media. They can define the differences between public relations and other communication disciplines used in institutions, organizations, and companies. They know how to develop materials and texts based on the recommendations and meet the expected deadlines.
