Public Relations Specialist at every level of their activity will be confronted with the ability to smoothly, clearly and convincingly formulate information and communication, the selection of easily readable arguments brought to the audience as well as use appropriate language media is important. The starting point is to identify and recognize good types of texts and materials, Public Relations, which plays an important role in today's mass communication - information, communication, acknowledgments, dementi, interview, illustrations, tables, rankings, videos, letters, communication on the Internet (intranet and extranet), reports, etc., etc. Each type of material and the text of PR is analyzed from a theoretical and practical perspective. The course aims to provide listeners such a resource of theoretical knowledge and practical skills that taking the job as a Public Relations specialist they will be well prepared to pursue professional communication with target groups, using the most commonly encountered in practice, materials and texts of Public Relations. An important element of the course is to stimulate creativity and originality of students, so that after graduating classes they will be able to hone his craft and customize the content and form of communication.

KNOWLEDGE
1. knows the types of materials and texts used in the practice of public relations in Poland and worldwide, both in traditional PR as well as in social media,
2. knows examples of materials and texts used by Polish and international institutions, companies and associations in public relations,
3. knows the principles of building PR materials and texts, websites and books that may be helpful in this task,
4. knows the standards used by companies, institutions and organizations in the development of materials and texts of public relations.
SKILLS:
1. Student distinguishes between materials and texts of public relations and journalism from the advertising statements,
2. knows how to search for sources of information needed to prepare materials and texts of public relations,
3. knows how to prepare virtually any kind of public relations text or material from the list of processed during classes,
4. is able to work collectively on a larger form used in public relations, as a newsletter, bulletin or magazine, Backgrounder.
Other COMPETENCES:
1. Student understands when to use certain types of expression of public relations and for what audience they target,
2. have practical skills that will facilitate applying for a job and move any practical examinations and tests held by potential employers,
3. with the knowledge and skills gained in the classroom can affect the formation and popularization of professional attitudes among employees in public relations.
