Learning outcomes
A student:
- knows definitions and development of information literacy concept in the perspective of information science and social sciences,
- understands the role of information literacy development in a knowledge society,
- can develop the concept and realise a study of information literacy of a selected sample,
- can discuss the results and indicate conclusions concerning an information literacy status for the sample, and potential training needs,
- is ready to engage in education and/or verification of information literacy level of the users, as a team member.
Assessment criteria

lecture, discussion, project teamwork.
Evaluation criteria:
attendance (1 absence allowed),
active participation in class work,
teamwork: project realisation and presentation of the results.
