As part of the course, the instructor, together with the students, builds engaging, practical educational experiences in a real environment and time. Thanks to this, course participants can challenge each other and develop the basic skills needed by future business leaders to be successful.

Scope of knowledge:
● Understands the relationships between various decision-making areas in the company (marketing, finance, research and development, production, human resources management),
● Correctly uses the terms: strategy, competitive advantage, strategic goals
● Knows various ways of formulating goals and operationalizing them
2. Scope of skills - the student is able to:
● Formulate the company's strategy, understand the importance of coherence of strategic decisions and is aware of the impact of the company's activities on competitors and social environment
● Make strategic decisions within the team
● Critically evaluate strategic decisions made
3. Attitude range - the student understands:
● The importance of cooperation within the group
● The importance of the impact of processes inside and outside the organization on the adopted strategy meaning/importance
Assessment criteria
Assignments and Exams:
• Formulating a strategy – 30 points
• Setting of the weights of individual indicators of goal achievement – 10 points
• Result of the competition game – 60 points (based on the ranking)
• Achieving a result in a given round of the competition that will be included in the 'Hall of Fame' pool - a bonus of 6 points (note: a maximum of 12 bonus points can be obtained during the course).
• In special cases if the student did not log in to the platform during the simulation, the professor might reduce the score for that person by 6-12 points
o when the group evaluates the student’s contribution to the group's work as low in the internal assessment, the professor may reduce the score for that person by 6-12 points
o when the group, in its internal evaluation, highly assesses the contribution of the sudent to the group's work, the professor may increase the score for this person by 6-12 points
