Innovation strategies 2637-EMBA-EN-INS
The law is a business that has remained surprisingly immune to digital transformation. New computational approaches promise to finally usher in the era of computational law. This course will explore recent applications of machine learning, data analytics, and natural language processing in the law to elucidate two questions relevant for managers in all fields. First, what lessons can we learn from digital transformation in the law that can be applies elsewhere. Second, how will the digital transformation of law enable improved ways for managers to use legal services and deal with legal risks in the future?
