The primary objective of the course is to familiarize students with the axiological characteristics of Generation Z within the context of the work environment. The course aims to provide an understanding of the evolution of work – from traditional approaches to modern concepts of the "Future of Work." Additionally, students will acquire basic knowledge of qualitative methodology (in-depth interview), enabling them to independently explore the attitudes and motivations of the youngest generation in the labor market.
