(in Polish) Ludzka vs sztuczna inteligencja w świecie algorytmów 2600-ZLAIz1LSISA
The first part of the course will be devoted to a review of methods that have so far been used in business to assess employees’ personality and their fit with job requirements. Students will complete various diagnostic techniques in order to evaluate their validity “first-hand” and to identify the boundary conditions for their use, including defence mechanisms that restrict access to records capable of revealing motivational discrepancies generated by the Holistic and the Analytical. In the second part of the course, we will attempt to use AI to integrate the collected multidimensional data. The pace of progression will depend on the group’s activity and on the rate at which students assimilate and understand the preceding topics. The seminar is INTERACTIVE; therefore, the range of topics actually covered will also depend on students’ interests and level of engagement.
