Upon the completion of the course, participant can:
• Explain the benefits of using project management methodologies,
• Define objectives and requirements in a project and improve the contents of a request for proposals,
• Prepare documents: SOW, WBS, CR, time and cost schedules,
• Conduct the analysis of project stakeholders,
• Identify limitations and expected sources of problems in projects and conduct project risk analysis,
• Make a well-considered decision of the project pricing method,
• Get actively involved in teamwork, leading to the solution of practical project management problems,
• Publicly present the results of conducted analyses.

Team and individual assignments based on case studies and exercises.
