Preventing and Dealing with Workplace Violence 2600-MSz2PDWVen
During the course, students will be introduced to information on the most typical manifestations of violence at work, including harassment, sexual harassment and mobbing, among others. During the classes, numerous examples of violence at work will be discussed, as well as ways to prevent the phenomenon. Particular attention will be paid to the issue of solving the problem of violence at work, including, among others, through an investigation by the employer.

The lecturer will take into account attendance at classes, written work and activity during classes
