The course aims to present various perspectives and models used in organizational diagnosis. Participants will become familiar with approaches such as the mechanistic, systemic, cultural, and political perspectives, as well as advanced diagnostic models. The course also covers methods for creating metrics and standards, with a particular focus on the principles of metric selection and typical measurement issues. Participants will also learn data collection tools and techniques for analyzing and interpreting diagnostic results.
