In terms of knowledge:
• correctly uses terminology related to supply chain management in organizations (K_W01)
• identifies the needs of organizations related to managing supply chain efficiency (K_W02)
• distinguishes between operational and strategic decision-making in supply chain management (K_W02)
• characterizes main theories of organizational functioning related to supply chain management (K_W03)
• recognizes types of interactions, methods of conflict resolution, and areas of strategic decision-making (K_W05)
In terms of skills:
• diagnoses relational and logistical problems related to supply chain management in organizations (K_U01)
• interprets the impact of relationships with customers and suppliers, as well as relational, logistical, and strategic processes on supply chain management (K_U02)
• analyzes atypical problems related to supply chain management in a team (K_U06).
• collaborates in a team to analyze case studies (K_U08)

Assessment criteria
Final mark for the course: 50% lecture, 50% conversation (project 80%, mark for class work 20%).
Lecture – a mark for written assessment, open questions. Assessment in a stationary mode.
Lecture mark:
1.5-2.1 points – 3.0
2.2-2.3 points – 3.5
2.4-2.5 points – 4.0
2.6-2.7 points – 4.5
2.8-3.0 points – 5.0
Seminar – project 80%, mark for class work 20%.
Project work: maximum 8 points, to pass the practical classes the student must complete the project work (to pass the work the student must get at least 5 points);
Activity: maximum 2 points.
Seminar mark:
5-7 points – 3.0
7.5 points – 3.5
8 points – 4.0
8.5 or 9 points – 4.5
9.5 or 10 points – 5.0
