1. Various perspectives of assessment of what "talent" means in the contemporary labor market, how we search for talents and keep them in the company. Forms of self-reflection: students as talent, students as talent recruiters;
2.Talent and competence, charisma and other overused terms;
3. Working with the concept of "Delight the recruiter" announced on the website pracuj.pl;
4. Critical evaluation of the concept of the Age of Man, announced in 2011 in Davos at the Economic Forum; and Human-Centered Talent Acquisition;
5. AI in a recruiter's work;
6. CSR, Sustainable development, Green order as the causes of changes in the labor market;
7. Meritocracy according to Robert Frank and in the concept of sociologists / economists from M. Young (1950s until today). Opportunity or a dead end?
8. Labor market during "sudden change" like pandemic, war and other black swans according to N. Khaleb.

Assessment criteria
1. Group (5 people each) preparation of an oral and written statement on a selected topic concerning the functioning of the labor market in Poland and other EU countries by analyzing the materials visible on recruiters' websites. Accessible to everyone on the Internet platform in a closed group (70%);
2. Class attendance (10%);
3. Active participation in the classes in the discussion (practical exercises concerning the search for "talent" and the task "delight the recruiter") on the basis of information from the lecture and reading the reading (20%).
The tasks are moderated by the teachers during the classes.
They require the use of reading material.
