6. Regulated economic activity – description based on selected economic activity sphere subject to regulation regime.
7. Organizational and legal forms of establishing / conducting of own economic activity:
● General overview of organizational and legal forms,
● Adjustment of forms in terms of the scale of economic activity and related risks.
8. The specificity of individual economic activity and civil law partnership (joint venture of individual entrepreneurs).

Assessment criteria
One or two written tests – depending on the lecturer decision – in electronic form, on the eNauka WZUW e-learning platform, in the presence in the indicated room of the Faculty of Management (also possible “paper” test in the classroom).
Test – closed questions – single and multiple choice; test standing for 90% of the class grade. Additional points rewarding activity in discussions – max. 10% of the class final grade.
