K_W02 – The student knows and understands, in an advanced manner, the methods, procedures, and practices of effective human resource management in an organization.
K_W05 – The student knows and understands complex technological, social, political, legal, economic, and ecological processes and phenomena, including fundamental dilemmas of modern civilization, and their impact on human resource management in an organization.

K_U01 – The student is able to apply the theory of management and quality sciences, as well as complementary disciplines (economics and finance, law), to identify, diagnose, and solve complex and non-routine problems related to human resource management in an organization.

Assessment criteria
Test, 30 questions, questions from the lecture, closed questions, 4 answers, only one correct, 60% pass. Grading scale: 30 points 5; 27 points 4.5; 24 points 4; 21 points 3.5; 18 points 3; <18 points 2; test will be make in the classroom on the Kampus web service on students own computer or on paper. First attempt in the classroom; second remotely on the web service.
