K_W02 Knows and understands complex processes and phenomena occurring in various types of organizations, utilizing labor law knowledge to solve problems related to personnel management and financial management.
K_W03 Knows and understands in depth legal regulations concerning employment law, with particular emphasis on their financial implications for organizations.

K_U01 Can use labor law theory to identify, diagnose and solve problems related to the hiring process.
K_U02 Can correctly interpret social, political, legal, economic and ecological processes and phenomena and their impact on the functioning of the organization, using the appropriate selection of sources.

Test - closed questions. Passing requires at least 60% correct answers.
