(in Polish) Market Research 2600-MFS-MP
The aim of the course is to learn about different perspectives in the process of food production and distribution. Different perspectives of food production, development and distribution are presented by business practitioners. There are on site visits in companies as well as virtul trips. The practitioners are representatives of small, medium and large companies and institutions operating in the field of agriculture and food production.
The classes are a practical implication in the theory of management from new product development to business profitability. Innovation development is a key of discovery direction.
Benefit for students from the conducted classes:
1. A cross-sectional view of the agricultural and food industry
2. Getting to know the practical principles / models of business development from the level of various company representatives - from marketing through sales to overall management of the company
3. Getting inspiration for your research as part of your final master's thesis
4. meetings with business representatives – Q&A session
Within the course, a student can undertake internships. They replace part of the meetings within the course (or all of them, depending on the length of the internship and the student's involvement - the decision is made by the lecturer). ECTS credits earned for internships are included in the course points.
