• Knows and is able to list the basic competencies assigned to entrepreneurs.
• Knows what entrepreneurial competences he has.
• Knows how to develop their competences.
• Is able to define entrepreneurial competences useful at particular stages of company development.

• Knows the concept of the Big Five and is able to list its dimensions.
• Knows at least one concept of team roles. • Is able to determine who (due to competences) is missing in the organization and define the criteria for selecting the right person.
