After completing the course, the student:
In terms of knowledge:
• Knows and understands the terminology and basic concepts related to predispositions for managerial roles (K_W01).
• Knows and understands in an advanced degree the principles, procedures, and practices concerning the functioning of teams within an organization (K_W02).
• Knows and understands in an advanced degree the models, principles, and mechanisms of efficient communication within an organization (K_W02).
• Knows and understands the processes and social and technological phenomena and their impact on the relationship between the individual and the group within the organization, especially in relation to human management (K_W05).
• Knows and understands the basic principles of the formation and development of various forms and manifestations of organizational culture (K_W06).
In terms of skills:
• Is able to apply knowledge about the conditions of effective management to improve their own effectiveness in teamwork (K_U01).
• Can correctly interpret behaviors and phenomena occurring in team processes within organizations (K_U02).
• Is able to independently and collectively prepare analyses, diagnoses, and reports concerning the implementation of team projects in the organization and present them communicatively in public (K_U03).

Assessment criteria
Learning outcomes will be verified on an ongoing basis through tasks performed by participants during exercises and at the end during an assessment in the form of a test.
- 20% assessment test
- 80% work in class and at home
