After completing the course, the student:
Knowledge:
• Knows and understands, at an advanced level, the principles, procedures, and practices related to the management activities of various types of organizations (K_W02).
• Knows and understands the principles of creating and developing various forms of entrepreneurship and business models (K_W07)
In terms of skills:
• Is able to use management theory to recognize, diagnose, and solve problems related to the functioning of the organization in the market (K_U01)
• Is able to correctly interpret technological, social, political, legal, economic, and ecological processes and phenomena, and their impact on the functioning of the organization (K_U02)
• Is able to collaborate with external organizations in project management
• Is able to plan and organize individual and team work (K_U05)
• Is able to plan and organize own and team work, as well as collaborate effectively within a team (K_U07)

Assessment criteria
Knowledge learning outcomes will be assessed through in-class discussions, case studies, and group projects. Skill learning outcomes will be assessed through ongoing tasks and projects (individual and group) completed by participants during classes. Attitudinal learning outcomes will be assessed through in-class discussions and group projects and individual work completed during classes.
Assessment will be based on exercises, group and individual assignments based on case studies, analyses, and project implementation. To pass the exercises, you must earn at least 60% of the total points available. Attendance is mandatory.
