5. Methods of contracting.
6. Extraordinary changes in relations.

8. Interest, delay, default.
9. Contractual penalty, down payment, advance payment, deviation, contractual right of withdrawal.
10. Liability for due performance of a contract.
11. Preliminary contract.
12. Selected types of contracts and their features.
Exercises:
1. Capacity to conclude contracts:
legal capacity,
capacity to perform acts in law.
2. Form of concluded contracts:
written form, documentary form, electronic form, other form,
sanctions for failure to observe the form.
3. Defects in the declaration of intent:
lack of awareness or freedom,
ostensibility,
mistake,
deceit,
threat.
4. Representation:
power of attorney,
proxy.
5. Statute of limitations:
essence and time limits of the statute of limitations,
suspension, interruption, suspension of the end of the limitation period.
6. Sequestration, acquisition from an unauthorised person.
