Upon completion of the course:
1. The student knows and understands research methodology and terminology in the field of legal studies (K_W01)
2. The student has an advanced knowledge and understanding of the principles, procedures, and practices of public administration, its key functions, and its relationship with the surrounding environment (K_W02)
3. The student has an advanced knowledge and understanding of the legal regulations governing the functioning of public administration (K_W04)
4. The student knows and understands technological, social, political, legal, economic, and environmental processes and phenomena, including the fundamental dilemmas of modern civilization and their impact on the functioning of public administration (K_W05)
5. The student is able to correctly interpret technological, social, political, legal, economic, and environmental processes and phenomena and their impact on the functioning of public administration (K-U02)

Assessment criteria
Exam: test (closed-ended multiple-choice questions) – 90–100%. Possible bonus for seminar grades: 0–10% (0% for grades up to and including 3.5; up to 10% for grades 4, 4.5, and 5)
Seminars: test (closed-ended multiple-choice questions) (0–100%); attendance checks, presentations, papers, individual or group assignments (0–100%)
