Student after completing the course:
In terms of knowledge:
• Knows and understands terminology in the area of management in the public sector in the field of management and quality science and in complementary disciplines (economics and finance, legal sciences) (S4_W01);
• Knows and understands technological, social, political, legal, economic and ecological processes and phenomena and their impact on the functioning of non-profit organizations and administration (S4_W05).
In terms of skills:
• Is able to use the theory of the discipline of management and quality science and complementary sciences (economics and finance, legal sciences) to recognize, diagnose and solve problems related to key functions in non-profit organizations and administration and integrate them within the strategy, using the appropriate selection of sources and adapting existing methods (S4_U01);
• Is able to correctly interpret technological, social, political, legal, economic and ecological processes and phenomena and their impact on the functioning of non-profit organizations and administration, using the appropriate selection of sources (K_U02);
• Is able to plan and organize own and team work (S4_U05).
In terms of attitudes:
• Is ready to assess and critically approach situations and phenomena related to the functioning of non-profit organizations and administration (S4_K01);

• 75.0 – 84.9% rating 4.0
